Opposition is a competitive WvW and PvP focused guild founded on the belief that you can be competitive in all aspects of the game without compromising real life commitments or the overall enjoyment of the game. We are a group of a adults with full time jobs, families, and other commitments but still strive to be a dominant force on the battlefield and a good time while doing it.
Our leadership is comprised of three equal parties, each with well over ten years experience in MMOs and other competitive games. Combined we have over 20 years experience in RvR or WvW focused games such as Dark Age of Camelot, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, Aion: Tower of Eternity, and others. We believe that a guild should have strong leadership that pushes it's members to the limites of their capatbilities and beyond, while simultaneously promoting strong bonds between the members and a community atmosphere.
We are committed to maintaining ourselves as a dominant force both in WvW and structured PvP, while also enjoying the new and exciting PvE elements of the game. In order to reach these goals we will promote server unity, and seek to form close ties with other guilds on the server. WvW presents lots of new and interesting possibilities that encourage teamwork where spoils are earned through hard work, dedication, and exceptional organization.
